August 6, 2018 -Springfield- On Saturday, August 4, 2018  the Springfield Police Department responded to a multi-vehicle crash at the intersection of Parker Street and Sunrise Terrace in Springfield.

The victim of the crash, who was a driver in one of the vehicles, has been identified as Mr. Christopher Martin, 48, of Springfield.

The crash remains under investigation by the Springfield Police Department’s Traffic Bureau and the Motor Vehicle Homicide Unit of Hampden District Attorney’s Office.

This is an open investigation.
