April 15, 2025 – Springfield, Massachusetts – At approximately 5:40 a.m. on Wednesday, April 2, 2025, Springfield Police Officers responded to a home on the 0-100 block of Hebron Street for a report of two gunshot victims. Officers arrived and located two adult male gunshot victims inside.

The victims were transported to Baystate where they both succumbed to their injuries.

The victims have been identified as Noe Martin, 55, of Springfield, and Justin Santiago, 35, of Springfield.

The SPD Homicide Unit under the direction of Captain Trent Duda is investigating in conjunction with the Hampden District Attorney’s Murder Unit. There is no ongoing public safety threat.
