SPRINGFIELD — A murder defendant on Friday was ordered back to jail for 90 days after the prosecution said he violated the conditions of his release on $50,000 bail by going shopping on Black Friday rather than working. Rafael Martinez, 36, of Springfield, is charged with murder for the 2016 fatal shooting of Eddie Olivo, 36, of Florida.
