Dyarel Wojtowicz to be Arraigned on Involuntary Manslaughter Charge After an Investigation Into an Overdose Death

March 9, 2016 -Springfield, Mass- Dyarel Wojtowicz was initially arrested and charged with four counts of possession and distribution of both Class A and B narcotics after an investigation into the overdose death of Kaitlyn Leonard, Ludlow, Ma. 
 
Wojtowicz’s initial case has since been advanced to Superior Court where a Grand Jury has returned the following indictments: Involuntary Manslaughter, MGL Chp. 265, Sec 13, Unlawful Distribution of a Controlled Substance (Class B – Fentanyl) MGL Chp.94C, Sec. 32 A(a), Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Distribute (Class B – Fentanyl ) MGL Chp. 94C, Sec. 32A(a), Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Distribute (Class B – Cocaine) MGL Chp. 94C, Sec. 32A(c),   
 
Wojtowicz will be arraigned on the new charges Wednesday morning in Superior Court.
