September 23, 2022 -Springfield- Michael Lyncosky, 34, of West Springfield was arraigned today in Springfield District Court on charges relating to an incident in West Springfield, where he is accused to discharging a firearm in front of a residence in the early morning hours of Thursday, September 22^nd.  

He was arraigned today on the following charges: discharge of a firearm within 500 feet of a building, carrying a loaded firearm without a FID card, possession of ammunition without an FID card, Resisting arrest, possession of a class b drug (cocaine), disorderly conduct, resisting arrest.

Michael Lyncosky, is currently being held without the right to bail pending a dangerousness hearing scheduled for Thursday, September 29, 2022.
