3 men indicted for involuntary manslaughter in connection with Massachusetts overdose death

SPRINGFIELD — Three man have been indicted for involuntary manslaughter and other charges in connection with a Ludlow overdose death. Frank Jimenez, 34, of Springfield, Christopher Fitzpatrick, 23, of Ludlow, and Daniel Moffat, 28, of Ludlow, were indicted July 19 by a Hampden Superior Court grand jury.
