Massachusetts State Police Detectives Seek Public’s Help in Locating Witness

March 6, 2019 -Springfield- The Massachusetts State Police Detective Unit assigned to the Hampden District Attorney’s Office is seeking the public’s help in identifying a man authorities believe to be a relevant witness related to an incident that occurred in the Springfield Police Department lobby on June 29, 2017.

The attached photos were taken from surveillance cameras in the Springfield Police Department lobby on the day in question. The witness was present during an altercation between Mr. Jerry Bellamy and a member of the Springfield Police Department.
