SPRINGFIELD — A trial date of Sept. 8 has been set for for Jeffery Lovell, charged with manslaughter in the shooting death of a teen he believed was trying to break into his home. Lovell, 43, was charged in connection with the July 16 fatal shooting of 15-year-old Dylan Francisco.
